Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User can not cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned herewith. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests. Once the customer has consumed a significant portion of the course material the product and/or service, refunds are not provided. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to all customers and to maintain the integrity of our learning resources. Any request for refund must be submitted within one day from the date of the Transaction. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on [email protected] and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.

3. Digital Delivery: All digital products will be delivered to the email address specified by the customer during the ordering process. The delivery will be in the form of a secure download link or access instructions, depending on the nature of the digital product.
4. Shipping Costs: For digital products, there are no shipping costs associated with delivery, as the products are transmitted electronically to the customer's email address.
5. International Shipping Process: (If Applicable )In the case of international customers, the same digital product delivery procedures apply. We do not offer physical delivery to international customers for any of our products. International customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import restrictions in their respective countries. Please note that the delivery time to international customers may vary due to different time zones.

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided during the ordering process is accurate and capable of receiving digital product deliveries and safe guarding the copy rights. It is also the customer's responsibility to safeguard the digital content received, as we cannot be held liable for any loss or unauthorised distribution of the products.
