All purchases of programs, memberships, digital courses, live sessions, subscriptions, and related Services offered by Anand Tadkod are subject to the refund terms set forth herein. Refund requests may be considered only if submitted in writing within Twenty Four (24) hours from the time of successful payment of the applicable program fee (“Refund Window”). The Refund Window shall commence from the exact timestamp of payment confirmation recorded in our billing system. To be eligible for consideration: The refund request must be submitted via email to connect@anandtadkod.com within the 24-hour Refund Window. The User must not have substantially accessed, downloaded, consumed, or participated in the Services beyond minimal introductory access, as determined solely at our discretion. Any bonuses, downloadable materials, recordings, or proprietary content accessed during this period may affect eligibility. Refunds, if approved, shall be processed solely at the discretion of Anand Tadkod and strictly in accordance with this Agreement and internal program policy. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval. No refund requests shall be entertained or processed after the expiration of the 24-hour Refund Window, irrespective of: Non-attendance of live sessions Failure to log in or access materials Change in personal circumstances Financial hardship Travel, scheduling conflicts, or lack of participation Dissatisfaction arising after participation All approved refunds, if any, may be subject to: Deduction of applicable payment gateway charges Applicable taxes (including GST) already remitted to the government Administrative processing fees, where applicable Refund processing timelines may vary and shall be executed within a commercially reasonable period as per banking and payment gateway procedures. By enrolling in any program or purchasing any Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy in full. All decisions regarding refunds are final and binding.
